A 'chinchorro' is one of those roadside spots back home in Puerto Rico. You stop for one drink, end up staying for three, and somehow leave with a sandwich you didn't plan to order.
Oregon could use one of those.

We're Mika & Brian
We used to run a business in Puerto Rico.
Then María hit. Then the earthquakes. Then the pandemic, to keep things interesting.
At some point you stop rebuilding and decide to start over. So we packed up, flew a lot of miles, and landed in Oregon, parked behind a cider house, putting sausages on bread.
We brought the flavors with us, the chimichurri, and the way people gather when food's involved.
We're not here to explain Puerto Rico. We're here to feed you Puerto Rico.
